History of My Child with Mild CP

My son is 3.5 years old as well as his twin sister. Our daughter is also a normally developed child. Our son had a bleed on the brain 2 weeks after he was born and he was born 8 weeks premature. So, my wife and I have known about it since then. He has been in OT, PT, and Speech Therapy since he was realeased from the hospital and 2 months of age. We just started horse therapy for him because we where told that it would help him with the ability to learn how to walk. He can walk with a walker. He cannot yet setup on his own but he is slowly getting stronger.

Children

My wife and I are raising twins that have adopted. One of our children has mild cerebral palsy. I wanted to look for anyone else who is raising a special needs child that also has cerebral palsy. If you could please comment I would greatly appreciate it. I want to help other families or people in our situation. I look forward to hearing from you.
